I recently got my harddrive blown on my Macbook Pro OS X *sadface* and lost a lot of data. But before my harddrive died I could plug in my Canon EOS 550D without any problem.
Now though, it does not work. My computer wont recognize my camera and I've followed all the instructions in my manual and Utility disc. There is nothing wrong with my USB ports because my MyBook can be plugged in just fine. AND my camera is just one month old. Nothing will work.
Does anyone know WHY this happens? Am I doomed to buy a cardreader? Cause I don't want that...
Please help me.
